سياسة الشحن

في راج إميرو، نسعى جاهدين لتوصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وأمان. يرجى قراءة سياسة الشحن بعناية.

نشحن حاليًا إلى جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.

تُجهز الطلبات خلال يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل بعد تأكيدها.

الطلبات المُقدمة في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية تُجهز في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل المُقدرة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية:

التوصيل العادي: من يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل

التوصيل السريع (إن وُجد): من يوم إلى يومين عمل

أوقات التوصيل تقريبية وقد تختلف بسبب تأخيرات شركات الشحن أو الأحوال الجوية أو الظروف الطارئة.

تُحسب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام عملية الشراء أو يتم إبلاغكم بها قبل تأكيد الطلب.

سيتم ذكر أي عروض شحن مجاني بوضوح.

يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية تقديم عنوان توصيل كامل وصحيح، ورقم هاتف فعال للتواصل.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخير أو فقدان للطرود نتيجةً لعناوين غير صحيحة أو ناقصة.

⚠️ الشحنات المتأخرة أو المفقودة أو التالفة

في حال تأخر طلبكم أو فقدانه أو وصوله تالفًا، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.

يرجى تزويدنا برقم طلبكم وصور/فيديوهات واضحة للطرود.

سنتواصل مع شركة الشحن لحل المشكلة بأسرع وقت ممكن.

في حال تعذر على شركة الشحن تسليم الطلبية بسبب عدم تواجد العميل أو تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة، قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إعادة التسليم.

We currently ship across the  ISLAMIC KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Orders are processed within 2–3 WOKRING days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or gusted holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time within KSA :

Standard Delivery: 2–3 WOKRING days

Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 WOKRING DAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or informed before order confirmation.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and active contact number.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the package.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery charges may apply
